START A WINE CLIQUE!

A 'wine clique' is the equivalent of a book club but the only thing you read is wine labels. Literally. And while getting tipsy is a likely outcome of each of your 'wine clique tasting parties,'  you'll also stumble home having learned more about wine. SippingTHIS provides you with everything you need to get you wine clique started and make your tasting parties a success.

STEP 1 | THE INVITE

Put together your wine clique invite list. This is a list of all your friends who like drinking wine. So yeah, a list of all your friends. Ideally you'll want at least 6 peeps at each wine tasting so be sure to account for how flaky your friends are.

Pick a date/time for the first tasting party. Goal is to just get things started. You can always use first tasting time to decide on  the cadence of future tastings (weekly, monthly, random) and the day/time that works best for all.

Send invite. Kick off your wine clique. Be sure to have people confirm whether 1) they want to join the clique and 2) they can attend the first tasting.

STEP 2 | THE PREP

Confirm who is attending. This is important as it impacts how many kits you need and how you assign who brings which wine.

Purchase a SippingTHIS Tasting Kit. Right now there is only one available. As kits are released, encourage you to go in order as each kit will get progressively more advanced. Each kit accounts for 6 people.

Assign the wine. Tell each guest to bring a wine on the list. Give a price range but you can encourage your rich friends to spend more should they feel inclined. If there are more than 6 guests, double up on a certain type of wine.
